As art director and designer of the monthly Vinyl Me, Please magazine, I aimed to create a publication that felt as thoughtfully curated and collectible as the records it accompanied. Each issue was designed to reflect the aesthetic and sonic identity of that month’s featured album, with layouts, type treatments, and color palettes tailored to evoke the era, genre, or mood of the music. I worked closely with editors, photographers, and illustrators to ensure every spread felt cohesive and immersive — balancing deep editorial content with bold, contemporary design. The goal was to make the magazine feel like an extension of the listening experience: tactile, intentional, and worthy of shelf space.
